BECA (Basic Exchange & Cooperation Agreement): This agreement was signed in 2020 ,this agreement gives access to real time satellite data. As in the world USA has maximum number of satellites so this agreement will benefit India more than USA. Real time satellite data is needed by aircraft ,missiles. As India is slowly becomig an importer of US logistics such as C17 Globemaster, C13 Hercules so this agreement will help India to synchronsise US logistics with US satellite data.
GSOMIA (General Security Of Military Information Agreement): This agreement was signed in 2002 ,in this two countries committed to share informations with each other and not to leak it to others. Also gives permission to US private companies such as Boeing ,Lockhead Martin to share manufacturing related informations to government of India and government copmpanies such as BHEL ,HAL.
EUMA (End Use Monitoring Agreement): This agreement was signed in 2009 ,this agreement says that USA holds right to moinitor where its equipment is being used by the buyer. The F16 aircrafts that pakistan purchased from USA come under this agreement that why Pakistan have to clarify USA that they were not using F16 in the air combat with India.
LEMOA (Logistics Exchange Memorandum Of Agreement): This agreement was signed in 2016 ,in this both parties' defence forces can use each others military facilities without any hesitation. This reduce the huge paperwork and both US & India can use each other military & naval bases. It gives right to both the countries to dock or refuel their ships and aircraft in each other territoty.
CISMOA (Communication & Information on Security Memorandum Of Agreement): This agreement was signed in 2019 ,this is the basic agreement but for India ,USA make some modification and after that the Indian version of CISMOA was called COMCASA (COMmunication Compatibility And Security Agreement).
ISA (Industrial Security Annexure): This is an annexure of GSOMIA and was signed in 2019 ,this give Indian private companies access to the manufacrurimg information of US's private companies which was earlier accessed by the public compamies of India.
